Chris Dodds
Contracts Manager
I was a qualified carpenter for 11 years before starting a career in suspended ceilings in 1985, with the then Pinex Fixing Services Dunedin. Over the next 30 years I worked for various iterations of the company finally known as Forman Commercial Interiors, first as a ceiling fixer, moving up to leading hand and then as Contracts Manager. With the decision made to close Formans in 2015, Dylan, Mike and I saw the opportunity to retain our expertise in the industry and established Mainland Interiors.

Health & Safety Manager
I joined Pinex Fixing Services Dunedin straight out of school in 1987. In 1990 I transferred to Forman Commercial Interiors in Wellington. Over the next 9 years I rose through the ranks to junior forman and in 1999 transferred back home to Dunedin. At the time of Forman's Dunedin branch closure in 2015 I was the leading hand/forman and had completed 28 years in the industry.

Accounts Manager
I have 14 years experience working in the industry. In 2005 I started as a ceiling fixer with Forman Commercial Interiors in Wellington. After 2 years I made the decision to return home and transferred to Dunedin, quickly moving from installing ceilings to managing job sites.
